Off-Line Bag Filter Control

Description

Off-Line Bag Filter Control (OBFC) system is used to control the process of Air Filtering System. This is an air pollution control device that filters particles from the hot air gases that are released after processing of combustion with raw materials in the plant. The control system consists of one master card and a max limit of 32 number of slave cards. The slave cards comprise of controlling the on and off the damper and solenoids using relays. Master communicates with the slaves and configuration of the slave cards for the damper and solenoids operation is done with master.

Features :

• Modes of operation – operates both in Auto mode and Manual mode.
• Auto mode - where Master controls all the slave cards with pre programmed data.
• Manual mode – where user initiates the firing sequence.
• Functional test of slave cards can be made visually to check their operation
• Reports of salve cards functionality time operated and any failures can be seen in the master with date and time stamp.
• Processing of the system is password authenticated.
• Configuration for each slave card can be made by master as per the user requirement.
• Individual slave card details can be retrieved to the master.
• Timings between the slave card to slave card (inter card activation) time can be programmed at the master.
• In case of interruption between the slave cards after resuming the functionality of the switching of the slave cards starts from where it halted.
• Max of 32 slaves can be configured to master.
